You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed under it. You must immediately notify FlowPilot of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your choice. You may cancel at any time without additional charges. Already-billed amounts are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
FlowPilot CRM and all its content are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlowPilot shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes by email.
